Delivery Information

Shipping is currently available for Ireland and the UK only. Please allow two working days for delivery. Store pickups will be ready by 2pm on orders placed by 12 noon on the previous working day.

Returns Policy

If you are not delighted with your purchase and wish to cancel your order, please call us on 01 635 1136 or email us at info@paulsheeranjewellers.ie quoting your order purchase number.

You must receive confirmation from Paul Sheeran Jewellers that your cancellation has been received.

You must cancel your order within 7 days of having received it, and return it within a further 14 days to Paul Sheeran Jewellers, 7-9 Johnsons Court, Dublin 2.

Goods must be returned in their original condition with packaging complete and original seals unbroken.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the Goods to us and for the risk of any loss or damage to the Goods while in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting when returning items.

Please include a proof of purchase and a returns note stating whether you would like a refund or a Paul Sheeran Gift Certificate.

If you require a refund, it will be issued in the original tender and for the amount that you paid. If you would like to exchange your Goods for a Gift Certificate it will be posted out to you within 7 days.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are defective or faulty.
